1. Who we are

ImmoMagic is an AI space visualization service operated by Hakan Ozturk, micro-entrepreneur, registered in France and based in Paris. We can be reached at support@immomagic.com.

When this policy refers to "ImmoMagic," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to this entity. When it refers to "you" or "your," it refers to you as a user of our service.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our service:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register.
• Usage data: which features you use, how many transforms you perform, timestamps, and error logs. This data is collected automatically.
• Uploaded images: photos you upload or capture for transformation. These are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase Storage).
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive transaction confirmation and your billing email from Stripe.
• Communications: if you contact us, we retain those messages to provide support.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account.
• To process and deliver AI image transformations.
• To handle payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, credit notifications) via Resend.
• To improve the quality and performance of the service using aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore and Firebase Storage), which is hosted in the European Union or the United States depending on your account region. Google Cloud maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Image storage and retention

Uploaded photos and transform results are stored in your account so you can access them later. You can delete any image at any time from your dashboard. If you delete your account, all associated images are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your images are never shared with other users, never displayed publicly, and never used to train AI models.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to certain processing activities.
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@immomagic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and anonymous analytics (understanding how the site is used, via Google Analytics if enabled). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for third-party advertising.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
