Before ImmoMagic, I spent years in Customer Success — helping businesses get real value from SaaS tools. Over and over I saw the same pattern: powerful software going underused because the experience between seeing a product and understanding its value was too abstract. That gap frustrated me.

When I started working closely with real estate professionals, I noticed the exact same problem — but for their clients. Buyers would stand in a beautiful property and simply not be able to picture themselves there. The space was empty, or staged for someone else's taste, or in a condition that obscured the potential the agent could clearly see.

I built ImmoMagic to close that gap. Not as a marketing trick — but as a genuine tool for the conversation that happens after a showing, when a buyer needs help seeing what an agent already knows.

Why ImmoMagic exists

Most virtual staging tools are built for one purpose: making a listing photo look better for MLS. That's not what ImmoMagic does — and by design.

We believe buyers deserve to make decisions based on accurate information. A staging photo on a listing can mislead buyers about the current condition of a property. That's why ImmoMagic is built exclusively for post-showing follow-ups: the private conversation between an agent and a buyer or tenant who has already visited a space in person.

In that context, visualization is entirely ethical. The buyer has seen the real thing. They know what they're looking at. The visualization gives them the mental permission to say: "I can see it now."

We also saw a gap in the market for commercial real estate. Agents showing office space, retail units, salons, and medical offices have almost no tools for helping prospects visualise their specific business in a space. ImmoMagic fills that gap with dedicated commercial styles built for real commercial contexts.

Our ethical commitment

ImmoMagic visualizations are not for MLS listings or public advertising. Every user agrees to our Terms of Use, which prohibit the use of AI-generated visualizations in any public-facing property marketing context.

Our tool is designed for post-showing follow-ups — the private conversation after a buyer or tenant has already visited a property in person. Used this way, visualization is fully transparent: the client has seen the real space and understands they are looking at a concept, not the current condition.

We believe that AI in real estate can be genuinely helpful without being misleading. The ethical line is clear: show buyers what is, then help them imagine what could be. In that order. In that context.

If you have questions about appropriate use, you can always contact us or read our full Terms of Use.

Your buyers need to see the potential.

Help them imagine the life they could live in any space — in the room, in the moment.
